Tom Bayley has over 25 years’ experience in the interiors industry. Originally trained in carpentry and joinery, he set up a workshop employing a team of cabinetmakers to produce his designs for residential projects commissioned through a network of interior designers, architects and private clients.

As the business has evolved Tom has become more involved with the architectural side of interiors, acting as project manager, as well as a designer, on large refurbishment projects.

Tom now specialises in kitchens & fitted cabinetry for all aspects of residential interiors. He personally oversees every project from concept to completion, and prides himself on his ability to interpret the brief, and deliver intelligent design solutions that marry functionality with the aesthetic.

His project management experience has proved invaluable when coordinating installations with contractors and their associated trades.

Tom works closely with a network of preferred workshops and suppliers, through relationships established over several decades. He manages every aspect of a project, from initial commission to final sign-off, covering the design process, manufacturing, site planning, installation, finish snagging and after-sales service.
